How do I get my files?
Right after payment, Stripe sends you to your download page with your PDF files and step-by-step instructions for editing them in Canva. Bookmark that page so you can download again anytime. Stripe also emails your receipt.
Which currencies do you accept?
All prices are set in Malaysian ringgit (RM). At checkout, Stripe shows and charges the price in your local currency in most countries. Prices shown in other currencies on this page are estimates.
Do I need Canva Pro?
No. Drag the PDF into a free Canva account and it becomes editable. You can also just print the PDF as it is.
Which languages are included?
Every template comes in English, Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesia, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, French and Arabic. The Indonesian, Chinese, Spanish, French and Arabic versions are new translations, so please read through them and adjust the wording for your region before use.
Can I share or resell the templates?
Your purchase covers use in one business. Please don't share, resell or redistribute the files.
Can I get a refund?
Because files are delivered instantly, downloads are non-refundable. If a file has a problem, contact us through demurestudioacademy.digital and we'll fix it.
